Each pickup increases your bullets' damage by 0.38. (This is applied additively after co-op 's effects on pixel damage, and then multiplied by Easy Mode 's pixel damage buff and all part damage multipliers.)
This pickup is unique in that its effects last until the bearer dies, so the earlier each pickup is grabbed, the stronger the given advantage is.
