"Briefly slow time"
timescale to slow the player's perception of time. Being a raw and simple application of such a mechanic, it is one of the most ubiquitous powerups in the game.
For a set amount of real-time, Slowmo reduces the stagetime flow to 26.6%/23.94% 27.93%
Slowed time allows the player to maneuver through large sprays of bullets, or through tight spots in pixel units more easily; it counteracts players' limits in terms of reaction time and precision.
